Move More, Breathe Better, Feel Fantastic

I’m a soulful Yoga and Pilates Teacher, and Breath Coach based in beautiful Gower, Wales. I’m also a singer and DJ.

I offer Yoga and Pilates classes, and private coaching - both in person, and online. I’ve been teaching mindful movement and exercise for over 25 years - scroll down for an in-depth look at my training and qualifications.

What Sets Me Apart?

A holistic approach, which means I teach fully-rounded classes, promoting physical vitality through exercise; mental wellbeing through mindfulness and conscious breathing; and emotional balance through music and deep relaxation.

Music and DJ-ing

As a singer and DJ, I live and breathe music, and there’s nothing I love more than filling a dance floor - so if you’re interested in hiring me to DJ at an event or party, get in touch.

I write, record and perform with my band Luminous Frenzy. Check out our songs and videos on the Music page.
